Appointments & Cancellations: Reservations are preferred, though not always required. We recommend prior to leaving Prestige your next appointment is booked to insure your requested time and date. If you must cancel a 24-hour notice is required. As a courtesy to our professional staff, cancellations made with less than a 24-hour notice are subject to a minimum of a 50% service cancellation fee. A credit card is required to hold reservations. Please note that services will be shortened with a late arrival, and the regular fee will apply.
